Advantages:

Легкое заселение, недалеко от метро, быстро отвечали на все вопросы.

Disadvantages:

В ванне выломана система автоматического смесителя и запчасти лежат так же в ванной от нее. При этом ванна работает и проблем с этим нет, просто нужно пользоваться простой резиновой пробкой. Так же в ванне лежит чей то забытый браслет. Кое где обои немного отслаиваются.
