Сдаётся просторный и светлый дом с видом на центр города и акваторию Казанки. В доме имеется всё для комфортного проживания: 5 спален, большая общая зона с кухней, 2 санузла, отдельно-стоящая баня-бочка, кухня оснащена всей техникой. Отличное месторасположение: тихое, но в самом сердце Казани. Дом очень атмосферный, необычный, на втором этаже местами высота потолков 6 метров, также имеется смотровая площадка.

Advantages:

Идеальный вариант, если едете в город очень большой компанией. Есть баня, хоть и маленькая, но всем понравилось греться. Много посуды. Недалеко от центра, на такси где-то 15-20 минут.

Disadvantages:

Было недостаточно белья
