Advantages:

Хороший хозяин. Заселили во время по звонку. Есть неподалеку магазины. Впрнципе всё из плюсов.

Disadvantages:

Квартира в плачевном состоянии, по фото всё отлично, на деле нет. В квартиру зимой не советую заселяться, очень холодно, с окон дует, спали в одежде. Если заселитесь, всё поймёте.
