Advantages:

В целом дом хороший, теплый, светлый.

Disadvantages:

Нужно решить проблемы с баней, провести обслуживание электроприборов. И срочно поставить хорошие фильтра на воду. Вода ужас.

Advantages:

Большой дом, хорошая баня, просторная гостиная и удобная терраса. Очень своевременно помогал хозяин с различными вопросами. Рабочая колонка с неплохим качеством звука

Disadvantages:

Качество воды вообще неприемлемое. Ни в коем случае не стирайте белые вещи иначе они станут бурыми. Чистить зубы практически невозможно
