Сдам новую квартиру только после ремонта в центре города казань. Высокий 16 этаж, красивый вид на город. В квартире только сделан ремонт, всё абсолютно новое. В квартире кухня + гостиная, отдельная спальная. Проживание комфортное для 4 человек, семьи. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания, вся техника есть, всегда чистое бельё, полотенца, посуда, вай фай и телевидение. Балкон так же есть. Кондиционер, плита, стиральная машинка, чайник, свч печь. Очень удобная развязка, рядом остановка Л. Шмидта, корстон и парк горького. До центра города Баумана 10 мин, любой транспорт. Аквапарк 10 мин. Рассмотрю командировочных, отчётные документы делаю.
