До центра 5 мин. Исторический центр казани, трк " корстон", лядской парк, музеи, вузы, кгасу, книту, казанский кооперативный институт, онкоцентр, молочный завод, компрессорный. Парк горького в пешей доступности. До " меги", "ипподрома" 3 минуты на авто. Очень удобно добираться в центр 3 остановки на троллейбусе или 5 минут на авто. Трк ривьера в 10 минутах

Не сдаём под гулянки! Расчетный час 11.00-12.00, независимо от времени заезда (возможна корректировка за дополнительную плату)

Курить нельзя! Даже на балконе нельзя! В туалете тем более нельзя!!!
