Сдаю очень приятную квартиру в новом доме прямо у метро. Пешком до метро 5 минут. До центра города 10 минут, также до аквапарка Ривьера 15-20 минут во дворе есть магазины, а также кафе где можно покушать. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Под праздники не сдаю.

Advantages:

Не предупредили что нет горячей воды , телевизор был сломан(сильно нагревался и пахло ), после получения хозяин пропал и перестал брать трубку . в остальном все хорошо постельное чистое мебель хорошая . есть посуда и другая техника для жизни .

Общение с покупателями и предупреждать о неисправностях заранее
