Advantages:

Большая, чистая и просторная квартира. Имеется два двуспальных места и две детские кровати. До Казанского кремля минут 40 неспешным шагом или минут 10-15 до метро, до набережной примерно так же. Рядом стройка, но пыли не заметил, заканчивают рано и вечером отдыхать не мешает. Район тихий и зеленый.
