Постоянно горячая вода! Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца, мыльные принадлежности, необходимая посуда. Влажная уборка после каждого клиента, у нас всегда чисто!

Рядом остановки, магазины, аптека, кхти, книту, академия правосудия, онкоцентр на сибирском тракте, советская площадь, компрессорный завод, ветеринарная академия, дербышки, Царицыно, пмту росстандарт, ттс, мега, икеа, бахетле, мегастрой и агава, аквапарк Ривьера, Казань арена, центр.
Удобная транспортная развязка. До любого района города 10-минут.

Не сдаём под гулянки! Расчетный час 11. 00-12. 00, независимо от времени заезда (возможна корректировка).
