Advantages:

2 Парковочных места для машин Рядом озеро Доброжелательные соседи

Disadvantages:

1) грязно в доме (пол, унитаз) паутина везде 2) плохой напор воды 3) слабый вай-фай и мобильная связь 4) едкий запах на улице не известного происхождения по вечерам и ночам 5) слив воды из стиральной машины прямо в душевую 6) недоделанные шкафы, валяется строительный мусор 7) возникли вопросы по времени заселения и выезда.
