Advantages:

Квартира располагается на 13 этаже. С балкона открывается вид на город. Квартира небольшая, но уютная, все необходимое есть в наличии. И даже одноразовые зубные щётки с пастой. От центра города Квартира находится недалеко, можно и пешком дойти, если любите ходить)

Disadvantages:

Единственное, что не понравилось-это грязная посуда, возможно с предыдущих заселяющихся осталось.
