Advantages:

Уютная, чистая квартира, в шаговой доступности кафе, рестораны, магазины. Заселили вовремя, даже немного раньше. Проблем не возникло никаких. Фото соответствуют. Мы заселялись компанией из 6 человек, не смотря что это однокомнатная все разместились без проблем.

Disadvantages:

Единственная не большая проблема - это щель в двери на балкон. С нее очень сильно дует. Но в целом все замечательно! Спасибо большое!
