Advantages:

Очень комфортный опрятный аппарт. Фото 100% соответствуют. В номере есть все что необходимо: удобная кровать, небольшая кухня, кондиционер, удобный душ. Расположение самое лучшее - в центре старо-татарской слободы. В шаговой доступности как кафе, так и магазины. Всегда на связи хозяин аппарата и обслуживание очень понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Единственный недостаток - это полуподвальность помещения с аппартами. Окна расположены так, что туда могут заглянуть подхожие, поэтому практически всегда они зашторены жалюзями и из-за этого не совсем ориентируешься во времени суток. Ну и цена конечно немаленькая.
