Из достоинств только то, что хозяин другой квартиры оказался хорошим

Disadvantages:

Когда мы приехали заселяться, нам сказали, что в квартире всё ещё убираются и заселили нас в совершенно другую квартиру с другим хозяином. Та квартира оказалась меньше при той же цене.

Да иногда бывают что люди живут более трехнедель посуточно и убирать приходится квартиру 15 часов. Но у нас квартир много и всегда предлагаю вариант готовый для быстрого заселения в течении часа, после того как вы приехали на авто в Казань. Кто то просто вещи кидает в кв где еще идет клининг и ждет приглашения на заселение. Все пр разному получается. Если был бы отель на 500 номеров то проблем не было)
