Вопрос с заселением решён оперативно, но саму квартиру прокомментировать возможности нет.

Disadvantages:

В квартире не проживали, т.к. была предлставлена другая квартира из-за отключения горячей воды. С хозяином квартиры связи практически нет, т.е. по вопросам заселения и выезда он на связи. Но при появлении дополнительных вопросов не реагирует, не отвечает.
