Advantages:

Расположение, наличие парковки. Удобный матрас, хороший кондиционер, стиральная машина.

Disadvantages:

Про такие говорят: квартира раздолбана. Нельзя назвать скромный ремонт, там его в целом нет. Грязновато. Грязная микроволновка, посуда, морозильник вонял. Есть следы на стенах, поверхностях и занавеске. Интернет не работал. Были неудобства с попаданием во двор и парковкой, ключ довезли на сл. день. В ванной стык кафеля и ванны заклеен малярным скотчем. В двери дыра на месте ручки. Разбитый шкаф купе.
