Advantages:

Расположение комнат, в шаговой доступности супермаркет, на против супермаркета большая парковка.

Disadvantages:

Постельное бельё состоит из разных комплектов, в квартире грязно, такое ощущение что после выезда предыдущих жителей не убирали, хозяйка берет залог, скорее всего за то что не хватает чайных ложек (она одна), по углам кругом пыль, ванная комната требует ремонта. Были вчетвером, супруга сказала что прям из начально хочется убраться и все отмыть.
