Advantages:

А в целом квартира хорошая, недалеко все достопримечательностей Казани, очень близко находится аквапарка. В доме магазин "Магнит" и в шаговой доступности другие магазины и кафе.

Disadvantages:

Сломанная ручка в ванной, сломанные табуретки, ребенок упал и стукнулся об стол. Постельное бельё не приготовленно было, пришлось искать по шкафам.
