Отличный жк со своей территорией. Квартира чистая, есть всё самое необходимое.

Disadvantages:

В вентиляции кто-то умер, приходилось открывать окна, а в ноябре это не совсем классно.

Advantages:

Очень понравилось расположение, рядом парк , метро, до Кремля добрались за 10 мин Всё необходимое в квартире было , вплоть до отпаривателя , хозяйка предложила бесконтактное заселение, очень удобно
