Сдаю квартиру в отличной локации-в шаговой доступности станция метро «Козья Слобода , Чаша(Центральная ёлка), ТЦ «Тандем», Набережная, Казанский Кремль, 5 минут на авто аквапарк «Ривьера». Квартира сдаётся впервые, поэтому отзывов нет - всё новое: посуда, постельное бельё, мебель и т.д.
Для семьи с малышом есть детская кроватка. Для комфортного проживания гостей есть утюг и гладильная доска, фен, комплект одноразовых принадлежностей (тапочки, зубные паста/щётка), гель для душа, лосьон для тела, шампунь. На кухне имеется всё для Вашего комфорта: чайник, холодильник, микроволновая печь, кофе, чай ,молоко, печеньки и полный комплект различной посуды. В квартире интернет, TV , Wi-Fi, заселение с 14.00, выезд гостей в 12.00, могу встретить на вокзале или в аэропорту (за дополнительную плату).
Квартира не сдаётся для вечеринок и менее двух суток, курить в квартире нельзя.
