Сдаю дачу с баней посуточно и возможно на длительный срок, в сутки-3500₽(баня 2часа включена, за каждый следующий час -800₽), в доме 4 кровати, холодильник, чайник, есть обогреватель! Очень удобная с верандой и жаркая баня. Ухоженный участок, место для парковки 2 автомобилей. Рядом голубой залив волги (отличная рыбалка)и тарлышинское озеро, остановка общественного транспорта, несколько магазинов, лесной массив(можно собирать грибы). Живописный и тихий уголок для приятного и беззаботного отдыха. Добро пожаловать!
