Курить в квартире и на балконе запрещено, даже кальян!
При заселении иметь при себе паспорт.
Рядом новый торговый центр, Аквапарк, Центральная Набережная, все в 10-15 минутах на машине. Так же автобусная остановка в 3х минутах.
Кафе, магазины всё не а территории комплекса.
Отзывов пока нет на данную квартиру, так как в этом сезоне первый раз!
