Advantages:

Цена-качечтво хорошие. Дом под аппартаменты, безопасность, замки, камеры - все присутствует. Порадовало, что не отменили бронь, как делали многие в праздничные дни и под наплыв туристов, прибывших на марафон. Чисто, местоположение, конечно, не в самом центре, но добираться до него удобно - минут 10 до метро и 2 станции до Кремлевской. Жили на цокольном этаже, и единственное что смутило - грандиозная слышимость смыва и воды со всех сторон, прям просыпались от этого (не на цоколе думаю этого нет). В целом, рекомендую, бесконтактное заселение и выселение.
