Представляю вашему вниманию уютную квартиру в Советском районе города Казани, напротив станции метро Аметьево. В шаговой доступности магазины, ТЦ, кафе. Отличная транспортная развязка.

В квартире:
Всегда свежее постельное белье, полотенца и тапочки на каждого гостя
Необходимые средства гигиены (мыло для рук, шампунь, гель для душа, туалетная бумага).
Необходимая бытовая техника (стиральная машина, утюг, фен, телевизор, микроволновка, чайник).

Наши правила:
К сожалению, квартира не сдаётся для проведения мероприятий, шумных встреч, лицам без паспорта и моложе 21 года.
Запрещено курение или парение любыми видами сигарет (штраф 5000р).
Внесенный депозит возвращается после финальной уборки в течение дня, если в квартире были соблюдены правила проживания.
При проживании от 7 дней предусмотрена доп. уборка, по заранее оставленному запросу.

В случае жалоб от соседей - выселение без возврата денежных средств
