Хорошая транспортная развязка, до центра города 7-10 мин. на машине. У дома остановка общественного транспорта, магазины, кафе, ТЦ Арт центр.

В квартире запрещено курить и устраивать вечеринки. Заезд с 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Бронирование осуществляется по предоплате на сайте. Также при заселении взимается залог в размере 3000 р., который возвращается после выезда, если не нарушены условия проживания.
