Сдаю чистую, уютную однокомнатную квартиру в современном районе. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. С балкона открывается шикарный вид на Ак Барс Арену и Дворец водных видов спорта. Также в шаговой доступности Татнефть Арена, Аквапарк Ривьера, торгово-развлекательные центры, продуктовые магазины и аптеки. Хорошая транспортная развязка. В исторический центр города можно добраться как на машине за 10-15мин., так и на общественном транспорте.

В квартире запрещено курить и устраивать вечеринки. Заезд с 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Бронирование осуществляется по предоплате. Также при заселении взимается залог в размере 3000 р., который возвращается после выезда, если не нарушены условия проживания.
