Advantages:

Квартире, конечно же, не помешал бы ремонт. Кухня совсем уставшая. Комнаты — еще более или менее. В целом сойдет, вариантов на тот момент по такой цене больше не было, поэтому согласились и на это. Вполне чисто — и то хорошо. Рядом метро, удобно добираться до центра.

Disadvantages:

Негативные отзывы пишу редко. Цена — качество точно не соответствует. Оставили квартиру чистой, а депозит хозяйка так и не вернула. Обидно, знаете ли)
