Advantages:

Квартира понравилась, небольшая очень чистая, с прекрасным видом на парк. Здесь уютно и комфортно, спасибо тем, кто поддерживает чистоту! Расположение квартиры отличное: она находится в удобном месте, рядом с достопримечательностями, экскурсионным бюро, вокзалами и речным портом. До озера Кабан, Театров, магазинов и кафе можно дойти пешком. Я рекомендую эту квартиру для проживания. Мне всё понравилось.
