Большая двухкомнатная квартира на берегу реки Казанка (вторая линия), квартира рассчитана на проживание больших компаний до 10 человек, при необходимости можно добавить спальные места. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, кондиционер, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновая печь и т.д. До аквапарка Ривьера 15 минут пешком, до Кремля и набережной 25 минут пешком, Татнефть арена- 5 минут пешком. Огромная лоджия, на ней можно курить.
Прошу внимательно смотреть описание, квартира находится на 6-м этаже, лифта к сожалению нет, если для вас это препятствие, прошу учитывать данный момент.
