Новый двухэтажный деревянный дом. Находимся в 25 мин от аэропорта Казань. От Казани 45 минут по хорошей дороге.
Дом находится на опушке леса (лесные прогулки, ягоды, грибы), рядом с озером (купание, рыбалка). Недалёко река Меша.
На первом этаже — кухня, второй свет. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда для продолжительного проживания. Также на первом этаже — зал со смарт-ТВ и двумя диванами, на втором этаже — просторная спальная с двумя двухспальными кроватями и французским остеклением.
На улице имеется крытая терраса с мебелью и мангалом. Приготовление в мангале только на углях! Также имеется баня на дровах, оплачивается отдельно. Предоставляем удочки для рыбалки.
Дом сдается строго не для вечеринок и не для шумных компаний, необходимо соблюдать тишину, особенно после 22:00.
