Не сдаём под увеселительные мероприятия, гостей из Казани и пригорода не заселяем.

Advantages:

Квартира в 10 минутах прогулочным шагом от метро Проспект Победы, рядом есть продуктовые, через парк - большой ТЦ. Чистота - идеальная, заселения ждать не пришлось (мы приехали примерно в 23), встретили у квартиру, выселение - дистанционное.

Disadvantages:

Далековато от центра, но за за такую цену, еще и в праздники (День России) - грех жаловаться (цена была ниже, чем осенью в центре города)
