Чисто, удобно, уютно, приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки :) Расположение - на территории Татарской слободы! Есть нюанс: хоть номер и называется "с 2 отдельными кроватями", лучше заранее уточнить, что вам нужны именно 2 отдельные кровати, иначе их могут сдвинуть в одну огромную кровать, что в принципе поправимо, но потребует дополнительного участия персонала.
