Advantages:

Хорошая квартира. Есть всё необходимое рядом. Парковка, как говорится, кто успел, тот и встал)) До достопримечательностей далековато пешком, если на машине, то норм. Аквапарк рядом. В аквапарке неплохо, ребенку понравилось.
