Advantages:

Просторная квартира с хорошей мебелью. Хороша на длительный срок. Есть место для парковки машины.

Disadvantages:

Как квартира на сутки никуда не годится. Из приборов одна вилка, тупой нож, две столовых и 3 чайных ложки. Когда заехала в квартиру, было пыльно, зеркала грязные, постельнок бельё снимала с балкона. За отчётные документы нужно доплачивать, хотя цена и так завышена.
