Сдаётся посуточно чистая, уютная, тëплая 2-комнатная квартира. Ремонт не евро не навороченный, обычный косметический. Чистое бельё, полотенца, средства гигиены. В шаговой доступности магазины (за домом Пятёрочка), аптеки, банкоматы, стадион, парк, институт КАИ. Заезд после 14:00.
Выезд до 12:00. Страховой залог 2000 (возвращается после уборки квартиры), при заселении иметь при себе паспорт. Квартира сдаётся только лицам старше 25 лет. В каком виде принимаете квартиру в таком и сдаёте. Курить строго на балконе.

Advantages:

Нормально заселился. Постель заправил сам, был один, возвращался из командировки. Переночевал позавтракал и поехал дальше

Disadvantages:

Крайне неудобно расположены выключатели света.
