Advantages:

Сравнительно новый дом, своевременное заселение,

Disadvantages:

Немного грязновато, постельное бельё древнее, нет подушек на второй кровати. Они декоративные. Продуктового магазина рядом нет или мы не нашли. Не хватает конечно кондиционера или элементарного вентилятора.
