Добро пожаловать на нашу стильную дачу вблизи города Иннополис. Уютный и функциональный барнхаус расположен на своей собственной территории с зелёными соснами и берёзовой рощей. Из окон и веранды нашего дома открывается прекрасный вид на лес. В доме спальня с кроватью king size, кухня-гостиная (удобный двуспальный диван), санузел с душем.
Отдохните в нашей бане с панорамным видом на лес! Баня входит в стоимость. Для вас мы приготовили постельное бельё страйп сатин. Сатин, махровые халаты тапочки зубные щетки и многое другое. Мангал для шашлыков и стейков ждёт вас во дворе. А на большом экране smart tv приятно будет посмотреть любимые фильмы.

Аренда только для тихого спокойного отдыха правила проживания строгие. Шумные праздники и вечеринки запрещены.

До города Иннополис 5 минут на авто. До горнолыжного курорта свияжские холмы 10 минут на авто. До Казани 20 минут.
Скидка 10% при аренде от трёх суток.

Парковка для трёх автомобилей. В снт дороги, которые регулярно чистят, что позволит вам легко до нас доехать.
