Advantages:

Квартира не далеко от центра города. Рядом магазины и другая инфраструктура города.

Disadvantages:

Часть мебели в неисправном состоянии, часть кроватей имеют неровности - "продавлены". По всей квартире требуется генеральная уборка! Вытаскивал моток волос из слива, на кухне поверхности липкие от старого жира и т.п. Здесь мы останавливаться больше не будем.
